Aleesha young has established herself in the elite bodybuilding world as one of the top women. Aleesha, born in 1984 to an athlete's family. Her father competed in bodybuilding as did her siblings, and she also played sports like hockey on ice. Aleesha had played sports before including softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha's pro card was earned after she won NPC USA Championships. When she started to compete, it was in the year 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she ranked 9th. Then she fought to secure an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha was a participant in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2016 and 2015. Aleesha improved and eventually achieve her first professional win in the form of winning Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020, the bodybuilder had the best WOS Rising Phoenix performance, as she was ranked 4th. However, the "World's strongest mom" had to take a break due to her health.
